All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates for Standard Shipping:

Flat rate of $7.99. Free on orders over $70.
We do not ship internationally (outside of the US and US territories) at this time.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Photos of the item are required. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@yourstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
